Job summary

Jackson Hewitt seeks a Seasonal Entry Level Tax Preparer to guide clients through tax forms, multistate returns, and year-end forms. You will conduct face-to-face interviews, prepare returns, and provide IRS audit support while promoting additional services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS audit support.
• Complete related tax forms in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Process clients' payments and deposits in a timely manner.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
