Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide you with advanced tax training.

You will conduct tax interviews (in person and via video, phone, or chat), prepare complete returns, and help grow the client base while offering additional products and IRS support. A Bachelor's in accounting and CPA/EA certification are preferred; strong communication and mentoring are valued.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit notice services for Circular 230 certified staff)
• Mentor and support teammates
