You’ll build relationships and contribute to client success throughout the tax season. This role emphasizes conducting tax interviews (face-to-face and virtual), preparing complete returns, and supporting clients with IRS matters while growing the business and retaining customers.

Qualifications

• Must conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (see Circular 230 rules for notice representation).
• Mentor and support teammates.
