H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs, backed by an expert team and advanced training. You’ll help clients navigate complex tax scenarios with confidence and accuracy.

Responsibilities include conducting in-person and virtual tax interviews, preparing complete returns, generating business growth, increasing client retention, and providing IRS support, with opportunities for continued education and certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
