You will conduct both in-person and virtual interviews, prepare accurate returns, and seek opportunities to grow the client base. The role emphasizes high-quality client service, adherence to IRS requirements, and ongoing education to stay current with tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
• Experience completing individual returns
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews
• Experience with tax planning and audit support
• Sales and/or marketing experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools — video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
