Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in service environments
• Strong communication skills to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving skills to organize information and find solutions
• Comfort with digital tools, including AI-based assistants
• High school diploma or equivalent
