H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to join a local tax office. You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates. You’ll explain tax concepts clearly and identify opportunities to save taxes while recommending services.

No prior tax experience is required; you will earn a competitive hourly rate and grow as you gain knowledge. This role is in‑person at a local H&R Block tax office.

Qualifications

• Must complete the HR Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience assisting customers in service settings.
• Ability to explain tax information clearly and ask questions to assess needs.
• Strong problem-solving and information organization skills.
• Comfort with digital tools, including AI-based assistants.
