Qualifications

• Successful completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course or equivalent tax training.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to use digital tools including AI-based assistants.
• High school diploma or GED.
