H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate for an in-person, office-based role. You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates. The role emphasizes clear explanations, identifying tax savings opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

No prior tax experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. The position offers an hourly pay structure with opportunities to increase earnings as you build

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions. Comfortable using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.
