You will interview clients to understand financial situations and provide clear recommendations, aiming to maximize tax savings while delivering empathetic, consultative service.

You will support clients with IRS notices and audit guidance as needed, collaborate with team members, and contribute to a positive office environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in a client-facing advisory role.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
