H&R Block seeks a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare accurate returns and uncover savings opportunities for diverse clients, leveraging expert training and technology. This in-person role offers a competitive hourly rate and incentive plan to reward impact as you build tax expertise and client relationships.

Responsibilities include client interviews, preparing individual and business returns, and providing audit support when necessary within a collaborative office setting.

Formación

• 1 year of tax preparation experience, including individual and business returns.
• Experience in client-facing advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
