You will build trusted relationships, identify savings opportunities, and partner with the team in a busy in-person office to deliver accurate results and superior client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and life changes.
• Provide personalized recommendations and tax savings opportunities.
• Offer IRS support, notices assistance, and audit guidance when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
