Qualifications

• 1+ year of tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience including individual and business returns
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPA/EA credential preferred
