H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations. You'll prepare accurate returns, interview clients, and identify tax savings opportunities in an in-person office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent credentials preferred.
• Experience in tax preparation and client-facing advisory roles is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations (individual and business).
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications, then provide personalized recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive client-focused office environment.
