This in-person role focuses on delivering empathetic, consultative service.

You'll leverage training and technology, work with the team to deliver accurate results, and help clients navigate notices while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and relevant HR Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notices assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
