Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain tax concepts.
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and complete CE.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and tax implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and cross-sell H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS notice support and audit guidance to clients.
