You will build trusted client relationships with empathetic, consultative service and provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed, leveraging industry-leading training and technology.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping including individual and business returns
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language
• Must complete continuing education and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications
