Qualifications

• Experience in tax interviews with clients
• Experience preparing complex tax returns and advising
• Experience in tax planning and audit support
• Experience in building client relationships and service growth

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and via video, phone, chat or email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals and entities
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support and representational services as allowed
• Mentor and support teammates
