Job summary

You will conduct client tax interviews (in person or virtually), prepare complete returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships, and identify opportunities to grow the office's client base through service excellence and upselling tax-related products. The role requires a strong background in accounting or tax, CPA/EA credentials preferred, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
