Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll mentor teammates and deliver advanced tax training as part of an expert team, aiming to help clients make informed financial decisions.

You will conduct interviews in person or via virtual tools, prepare accurate tax returns, and provide IRS support while driving client growth and retention in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
