Qualifications

• Must pass the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles and explaining tax concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Interview clients to understand financial situations and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and cross-sell HR Block products.
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed.
