Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - 2993 is seeking a Seasonal Tax Preparer to join our Walmart kiosk locations. You will conduct one-on-one tax interviews, answer walk-in questions, and proactively engage Walmart customers and employees.

You will complete tax preparation training, use basic computer skills, and be supported by leadership and experienced preparers to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees
• Complete tax preparation training, and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Utilize basic computer skills
• Be supported by exceptional leadership and knowledgeable tax preparers, ensuring you're never alone
• Experience the best of both worlds: the camaraderie of a team, combined with the autonomy of working independently
