Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work within a Walmart kiosk location.
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins.
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees.
• Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate willingness to learn.
• Utilize basic computer skills for tax prep.
• Be supported by leadership and knowledgeable tax preparers; work autonomously yet with team support.
• Balance autonomy with teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
