Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - 3571 is seeking a Seasonal Tax Preparer to join a Walmart kiosk environment. You will conduct one-on-one tax interviews, assist walk-in clients, and actively engage with shoppers and employees to deliver accurate tax services.

Training is provided, and you will work with basic computer tools while benefiting from supportive leadership. This role offers flexible scheduling and potential for higher compensation through performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations.
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins.
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees.
• Complete tax preparation training, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Utilize basic computer skills.
• Be supported by exceptional leadership and knowledgeable tax preparers, ensuring you're never alone.
