Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - 3493 is seeking a Seasonal Tax Preparer to work at a Walmart kiosk. You will conduct one-on-one tax interviews, answer questions from walk-ins, and proactively engage Walmart customers and employees.

You’ll complete tax preparation training, learn on the job, and rely on leadership and experienced preparers for support while enjoying a team atmosphere and independent working style.

Qualifications

• Be willing to complete tax preparation training and learn on the job.
• Proficient with basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Engage with Walmart customers and employees during interviews.

Responsibilities

• Work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations.
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins.
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees.
• Complete tax preparation training, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Utilize basic computer skills.
• Be supported by leadership and knowledgeable tax preparers, ensuring you're never alone.
• Experience the camaraderie of a team, with the autonomy of working independently.
