Job summary

Refund Express Tax & Resolution Service is seeking self-motivated individuals for a fully remote, commission-based tax-preparer role. No prior tax experience is required; we provide training to help you confidently prepare Form 1040 returns.

You’ll interview clients, gather documents, review returns for deductions and credits, and maintain clear communication via email, phone, or video. You will protect client data and adhere to IRS due-diligence standards while meeting turnaround goals.

• Self-motivated and willing to learn; able to work remotely.

Refund Express Tax & Resolution Service is a professional training-driven tax firm based in Oklahoma City, Ok. We specialize in high income skills based Tax preperation, client acquisition and client care. We're building a team of detail-oriented, driven communicators who want to grow a real career in the tax industry.

Position Summary (commission based)

No prior tax experience? No problem. We will train you to become a confident, compliant 1040 preparer.

This is a fully remote, commission-based position that gives you the flexibility to work from home while building your own client base and being compensated based on the number of tax returns submitted by you and funded by the IRS.

You'll complete our structured onboarding and required live fundamentals training, then support clients with accurate, professional individual tax returns (Form 1040).
