Job summary

JG Elite Services LLC, a training-driven tax firm in Oklahoma City, offers a fully remote commission-based role to become a confident 1040 preparer. You’ll train, build your own client base, and be compensated based on funded tax returns.

As part of the team, you’ll interview clients, gather documents, prepare Form 1040 and related schedules, review returns, explain results, and maintain clear client communication. Remote work, flexible seasonal income, and ongoing onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• No prior tax experience required; training provided.
• Remote, commission-based role with earning potential.

JG Elite Services LLC is a professional training-driven tax firm based in Oklahoma City, Ok. We specialize in high income skills based Tax preparation, client acquisition and client care. We're building a team of detail-oriented, driven communicators who want to grow a real career in the tax industry.

Position Summary (COMMISSION-BASE)

No prior tax experience? No problem. We will train you to become a confident,

compliant 1040 preparer. This is a fully remote, commission-based position that gives

you the flexibility to work from home while building your own client base and being

compensated based on the number of tax returns submitted by you and funded by the

IRS. You'll complete our structured onboarding and required live fundamentals training,

then support clients with accurate, professional individual tax returns (Form 1040).

This opportunity is a great fit for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, willing to

learn, and looking for flexible seasonal income.

What You'll Do

Interview clients, gather documents, and prepare accurate Form 1040 returns

and related schedules

Review returns for completeness, apply eligible deductions/credits, and explain

results clearly

Maintain excellent communication and follow-up with clients (email, phone,

video)

Protect client data and follow IRS due-diligence and confidentiality requirements

Use checklists, trackers, and firm workflows to hit quality and turnaround goals
