CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Client Services Coordinator in Moses Lake, WA to support the tax season from January through April. The role includes handling client documents, preparing organizers, and tracking deadlines, while assisting tax, outsourcing, assurance, and digital teams.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of applicable experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with ProSystem fx and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to quickly master new software applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products
• Experience with CCH ProSystemFx is preferred
• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe and other internal systems

Responsibilities

• Support the office through tax season from January to April
• Assist tax team with client documents, organizers and deadlines
• Coordinate internal operations and client communications
• Support service leaders in Tax, Outsourcing, Assurance or Digital
• Draft and deliver client invoices and other deliverables
• Back up internal operations during peak seasons
