Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required
• Professional services industry experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with MS Windows and Office products
• Experience with CCH ProSystemFx is preferred
• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe

Responsibilities

• Support tax season operations including preparing organizers and scanning client documents
• Track tax deadlines and manage eFile submissions for local office
• Assemble final tax returns and prepare extensions
• Coordinate with service team leaders in Tax, Outsourcing or Assurance
• Provide client support and administrative back-up during peak seasons
• Maintain client data in databases and workflow systems
• Assist with billing and CRM tracking for business development
