CLA is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Coordinator in Moses Lake, WA to support tax season from January through April. The role entails assisting service team leaders across Tax, Outsourcing, Assurance and Digital, handling client documents, deadlines, and billing processes.

Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with CCH ProSystemFx are preferred. The position offers structured support, collaboration with tax teams, and opportunities for growth within a national professional services firm.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Professional services industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to quickly master new software applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Experience with CCH ProSystem Fx is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe, and other internal systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide internal support to the service team leaders in Tax, Outsourcing, Assurance or Digital.
• Prepare and mail tax organizers and assemble final tax returns and extensions.
• Track client deadlines and manage eFile deadlines for the local office.
• Process client source documents and provide completed returns and workflow instructions.
• Coordinate delivery of final assurance documents and client engagement letters.
• Support monthly industry reporting and scheduling of internal/external meetings.
• Assist with drafting client invoices and engagement letters.
