H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate for a local Colorado office. In this in-person role, you’ll gather client information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions with training and support from day one.

You will meet clients, identify tax savings opportunities, and build strong relationships to support office goals during tax season. No prior tax experience is required, and strong communication is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Address client questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork.
