H&R Block in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate. This in-person role provides training from day one, working with clients to gather information, prepare returns, and answer questions while building client relationships.

You'll meet with clients, prepare returns, explain tax information clearly, and identify potential tax savings. You'll learn through supportive teammates and contribute to office priorities with a client-first approach.

Formación

• Experience in a service-oriented environment and interacting with clients
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
• Analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and resources
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and a client-first approach
