H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to join our local tax office in New Jersey. You’ll meet with clients, gather information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions with guidance from experienced teammates.

This in-person role offers an hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as tax knowledge grows. No prior tax experience is required; we provide training and support from day one, plus benefits and scheduling flexibility during tax season.

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly.
