You’ll explain tax information clearly, identify savings opportunities, and build strong client relationships while contributing to office priorities through teamwork.

Qualifications

• H&R Block Income Tax Course completed or enrolled.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Problem-solving and information organization.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based systems.
