No prior tax experience is required; training and support are provided from day one, with opportunities to increase earnings as tax knowledge grows throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Completed H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving and organizing information to identify solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
