H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to work in person at a local tax office. You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with guidance from experienced teammates.

The role emphasizes clear explanations, identifying savings opportunities, and building strong client relationships through teamwork and a client-first approach. No prior tax experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, with an opportunity to increase earnings as tax knowledge

Qualifications

Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information.
Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
