This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office. No prior tax experience required; strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus comfort with digital tools, help you grow as you learn the tax knowledge and build relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Complete H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Service-oriented experience with strong communication.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
