Job summary

H&R Block is hiring a Seasonal Tax Associate to work in-person at a local tax office. You will meet clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training and support from teammates.

You’ll explain tax details clearly and identify savings opportunities while building strong client relationships. No prior tax experience is required; training starts on day one, with opportunities to grow knowledge and earnings during tax season.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience in customer-facing service environments.
• Strong communication and questions-based needs assessment.
• Problem-solving with information organization and solution finding.
• Comfort with digital tools including AI-based assistants.

Responsibilities
