H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to join a local tax office in a client-facing role. You’ll gather client information, prepare returns, and answer questions with training and support from day one.

This in-person position offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities to grow as tax knowledge increases. Strong communication, customer service experience, and problem-solving are needed, along with the ability to use digital tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.

Qualificações

• Completed H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend products/services.
• Apply problem-solving to analyze client information and address questions with guidance.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork.
