H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to work in-person at a local tax office. You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.

You will explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations, while identifying savings opportunities and offering relevant products and services. As a seasonal position, no prior tax experience is required, and you will earn a competitive hourly rate with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent training.
Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to ask questions to understand needs.
Proficiency with digital tools and AI-based systems.
