Training is provided, and you will explain tax information clearly while identifying tax savings opportunities.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, teamwork, and a client-first approach. Availability for evenings/weekends during peak periods is a plus, with flexible hours from 15 to 40

Qualificações

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem-solving and data organization abilities.
• Comfort with digital tools including Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED.
