Qualifications

Completed the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
Experience in a service environment serving customers or clients.
Strong communication and the ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
Comfort using digital tools and AI-based systems such as Copilot and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand
