This is an in-person role at a local H&R Block tax office. No prior tax experience is required, as training starts day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service experience.
• Ability to explain tax information clearly to clients.
• Willingness to learn and use digital tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Enrollment in or completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
