You’ll begin your tax career with day-one training, work directly with clients, and earn a competitive hourly rate. This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office during peak tax season.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent training.
• Experience in service-oriented roles with customers or clients.
• Strong communication and clear information delivery.
• Problem-solving and information organization to identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based assistants.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
