Job summary

No prior tax experience is required; training begins Day One, with an hourly rate and opportunities to grow knowledge and earnings during tax season.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving skills and ability to address questions
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI tools
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
