Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course (or equivalent).
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
