Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in service
• Strong communication and question-asking to understand needs
• Comfort using digital tools and systems like AI-based tools

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from teammates
