No prior tax experience is required, and you’ll earn a competitive hourly rate while building client relationships. You’ll learn tax concepts, identify savings opportunities, and work evenings or weekends during peak periods with 15–35 hours per week and up to 40 hours

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn tax concepts with guidance.
