Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Clear, effective communication and active listening.
• Strong problem-solving and information-organizing skills.
• Comfort using digital tools including Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
• Explain tax information clearly and provide understandable recommendations
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend products/services
• Apply problem-solving to client information with guidance and available resources
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork
