This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office. Meet with clients, prepare returns with guidance, explain tax concepts clearly, and identify potential tax savings opportunities while supporting office priorities

Qualifications

• Completed H&R Block Income Tax Course 1.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication with clear explanations and needs assessment.
• Problem-solving with organized information and solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations clients can understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and a client-first approach.
